Frequently Asked Questions
Greig runs a structured conversation using a consistent framework: where the business is now, where it is trying to get to in the next 12 months, and what the technology is doing to help or hinder. The output is not a presentation from us — it is a written action plan based on what you tell us.
No preparation required. It helps if you can tell us roughly how many staff you have, what your main software systems are, and what is keeping you up at night on the technology side. That is it.
A discovery call is 30 minutes and ends with a product recommendation. The Tech Strategy Session is two hours and ends with a written action plan you own and can act on with or without us. It is a paid deliverable, not a sales call.
Yes. Most clients who book a Tech Strategy Session already have an MSP. The session is advisory, not operational. We are not competing with your MSP — we are giving you the independent perspective your MSP cannot provide.
Only if it makes sense. We will recommend a Fractional CTO retainer if, after two hours, it is clearly what the business needs. We will not recommend it otherwise. Many clients take the action plan and implement it with their existing team.
