Frequently Asked Questions
Three months of IT invoices or a finance card statement showing tech spend. You email these to Greig before the session. That is all we need.
One working session, usually 90 minutes to 2 hours. You receive your one-page savings summary within 24 hours of the session.
The most common: staff who have left but whose Microsoft 365, Adobe, or other licences are still running; duplicate project management or communication tools that different teams adopted separately; cloud storage or backup services that overlap; and software auto-renewals from vendors you stopped using.
That is fine. Share what you have access to. If your MSP controls the invoices, we can work with a bank statement or card statement showing the payments. Part of the review is assessing whether your MSP arrangement itself is good value.
Not necessarily. The output is a one-page action list. Most items on it are simple cancellations or renegotiations. If the review reveals something more significant — like an MSP contract that needs reviewing — we will say so, but we never manufacture follow-on work.
